I am not a Realtor. Can I still join the program?
Yes. Anyone who interacts with customers who have recently purchased or are about to purchase a residential property can join our program.

What qualifies as a good or “qualified” lead for DesignCafe?
A Qualified Lead (QL) is a customer who meets all of the below conditions:
- Has a residential interior design requirement
- Interior budget of ₹3 lakhs or more
- Property is in a DesignCafe serviceable city (within city limits of our operating cities)
- Customer is living in the home currently OR will take possession within the next 3 months
- Open to renovation of an existing residential property
Floor plan required
Design consultation cannot be done if the customer does not have a floor plan.
What leads are considered unqualified?
The following leads will not qualify:
- Customers seeking commercial interior services
- Customers in under-construction buildings where possession is more than 6 months away
- Leads that only need design concepts without execution
- Customers seeking painting polishing or small repair work
How do I sign up for the Channel Partner Program?
How do I refer a customer or upload a lead?
You may refer a customer in any of the following ways:
- Use the referral link sent to your registered email
- Contact your dedicated Account Manager
A short tutorial video on uploading leads is included in your onboarding email.
When do I get paid my commission?
Commissions are paid in two tranches:

Are there any deductions on the commission?
Yes. We deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per government norms.

message: Commission is calculated on the net booking value excluding GST.
How much commission do I earn?
You earn a 4% commission on the net project value.

What is the mode of payment?
Commissions are paid via bank transfer.
You will be asked to share your bank details during onboarding.
When will the commission be credited to my account?
Payments are processed and credited on or before the 20th of every month.
Can I work on a cost-per-lead model?
No. DesignCafe works only on a commission-based model.

Can I receive my commission in cash or through UPI transfer?
No. All commission payments are made via bank transfer only.
Can I track my leads?
Yes. You can track all lead activity via the DesignCafe Partner Portal.

What lead details can I track?
You can view lead details including:
- Meeting schedule and completion dates
- Customer budget
- Project value
- Booking amount and dates
- Commission status and payment details
How secure is my data?
Your information is fully secure on our CRM. Only authorised stakeholders can access it.
Data access
Except for central teams and your Account Manager no one has access to your data.
Can I share your contact directly with customers instead of their details?
Yes you may share our contact with customers.
Recommended approach
Since we have multiple lead sources we recommend registering the customer details first and then sharing our number so we can track the correct lead source.

How much do you charge per sqft?
We do not use a per-sqft pricing model. All work is quoted and executed based on a modular itemized model.
Can I see sample designs with price ranges?
Yes. Please contact your Account Manager for curated designs and quotation samples.
Can I update my registered details after onboarding?
Yes. You can update your Name Mobile number or Email address.

Yes. You can update your bank details with an email declaration.
