A Qualified Lead (QL) is Customer who has a residential interior designing requirement. Their budget of interior is more than 3.5 lakhs. Their property is situated within city limits of Bangalore, Mumbai & Hyderabad. They are either staying in the house or will get the possession of the house within 3 months. Customers who want to renovate their existing residential property.

You get paid on completion of two milestones of the project. First installment will be paid after receiving the booking amount of the project and The second installment will be paid after we receive 55% of the cost of interiors from the customer (design finalization and approval of good for production from the customer).

I understand that you may be receiving a higher commission but it depends on conversion - giving a referral which does not convert vs one that converts. You have nothing to lose by giving the lead.
