Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Search, Social, Display, Native etc.
Buildout, analyse and constantly improve performance on campaigns through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization, and regular ad & landing page testing
Utilise a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models and KPIs/reporting systems to support marketing decisions
Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns’ performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy, landing page performance
Testing new channels and platform features to reduce the cost of customer acquisition
Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital marketing – new channels, targeting, features, methods of analysis
Desired profile of the candidate
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on these platforms: Search (Google, Bing), Native Content and Social (Facebook, Instagram)
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
Strong proficiency in Excel
Proficient communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs
Ability to excel in an extremely fast-paced and start-up like environment
Detail-oriented and extremely organized and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management
