Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth running of Experience Centre (EC) in General
  • Running and monitoring processes to ensure exemplary overall customer experience
  • Monitoring the condition of the EC and ensuring that the EC is presentable and well maintained at all times
  • Running and monitoring processes for Data Collection on footfalls/walk-ins
  • Running and monitoring processes for EC events and activations
  • Running and monitoring and preventing any revamp/renovation/installation issues
  • Ensuring all brand communication is presented to walk-ins and all customer touchpoints are active 
  • Conducting EC tours from time to time 
  • Maintaining brand hygiene at all times 
  • Coordinating shoots and press at EC 
  • Coordinating with in-house teams for internal content requirements and external teams for requisite needs 
  • Ensuring high quality of hospitality is prevalent across the EC

Desired profile of the candidate

  • 1-4 years of work experience in managing one or more home decor/design store
  • Familiar with the city’s retail landscape
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proactive attitude
  • Organized and process driven
  • Action-oriented
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Highly effective coordination skills
  • Extremely high level of ownership
  • Managed sample and inventory
  • Knowledge of excel/google sheets a big plus
