Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Most important: Has a strong and big network of realtors, builders, architects and interior designers
  • New Business development: Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of Design Cafe’s business operations
  • Create lead funnels and lead projections for the financial year
  • Manage lead targets across multiple cities and deliver on the same
  • Measure and report performance of all channel partners and new initiatives
  • Plan and execute key programs for multiple channel partners
  • Work in tandem with other marketing teams and sales to reach revenue targets and execute marketing communication
  • Work with Architects/Builders to design executive communication to onboard them
  • Maintain relationships with top performing channel partners
  • Ensure strong sales, partner and business alignment through cross- functional collaborations to drive execution
  • Ensure business processes are followed across the teams in multiple cities and due reporting is done for data
  • Pitching Design Cafe, onboarding prime channel partners and supporting them in creating awareness about the brand
  • Constantly training the team to improve their pitch, find new partners and drive leads out of the same
  • Single handily being responsible for revenue targets from the team
  • Will be handling Western region for the brand

Desired profile of the candidate

  • Strong area sales experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Prior sales experience and ability to have achieved revenue targets repeatedly
  • Comfortable with travelling
  • Interior design/ Real estate/ Architect background – Mandatory
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
